Diving in spain

If you want to dive in Spain there is a few things you need to consider before packing you’re diving bag: Since 2008 the laws for diving in Spain have been changed. One of the most important is that every diver must own his own diving certification. Second since 2008 every diver must have a medical test and a for scuba diving created insurance. This paper must be presented during Check in at the diving center, without this papers you can not dive.

The medical test is for drivers under 18 years and divers over 40 years old valid for 1 year at the time. For all other divers it is valid for 2 years at the time. If you happen to arrive with a medical test don’t worry you can get it done locally and we are happy to help with this process. Also if you do not have diving insurance you can contact a insurance with us at the diving center.
